Chinese Party and Government Delegation Arrives in Pyongyang

| Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- A party and government delegation of the People's Republic of China headed by Liu Guozhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice-premier of the State Council of China, arrived in Pyongyang on Friday to participate in the celebrations of the 75th birthday of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The delegation was greeted by Kim Song Ryong, vice-premier of the DPRK Cabinet, Mun Song Hyok, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Myong Ho, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, and Wang Yajun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy members. |
