Present at the wreath-laying ceremonies were Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA), officials of the C.C., WPK including secretaries Ri Il Hwan, O Su Yong and Pak Thae Song, officials of the SPA Standing Committee, the Cabinet and armed forces organs and participants in the celebrations of the 75th DPRK birthday.

Wreaths in the names of the WPK Central Committee, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the SPA Standing Committee of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK were placed at the wreath-laying stands of the cemeteries.

The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs.
