In the message, the chairman extended his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on the occasion of the 75th birthday of the DPRK.

The message said that the founding of a new independent socialist state is an outcome of the Korean people's protracted uncompromising struggle against the imperialist aggressors waged under the leadership of the WPK.

It further said:

We are sure that your country, which achieved laborious victory, experiencing huge loss and set out on the road of building a socialist state, will never deviate from the road for its political and economic independence.

The DPRK has made great achievements in the development of education and the national economy and the strengthening of the national defence capabilities over the past 75 years.

The life of its people is improving day by day and their ideological and mental state is steadily elevating.

The DPRK is advancing with confidence, despite the outside pressure and threats of the world imperialism.

Its dynamic development and successes in all fields of activities are clear evidence that the line set by the WPK is correct and its leadership role in the work of building a state has been confirmed.

We highly appreciate the DPRK's principled stand on international and regional security and its support to the Russian Federation against the policy of the Western group.

We are very rejoiced over the fact that the strategic partnership between Russia and the DPRK is steadily developing in all fields in conformity with the interests of the two peoples.

The message wished the DPRK people success and prosperity in the future.
