Present at the wreath-laying ceremonies were officials of local Party and power organs and working people's organizations, working people, youth and students and service personnel of the Korean People's Army and the Public Security Forces.

Wreaths in the names of local Party, power organs, etc. and bouquets and flowers were placed at the cemeteries, memorial towers and graves.

The participants paid silent tribute to the memory of the martyrs who dedicated their lives to the sacred cause for the happiness of the people.
