Chinese Delegation Visits DPRK-China Friendship Thaekam Farm

Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- The party and government delegation of the People's Republic of China led by Liu Guozhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice-premier of the State Council of China, on a visit to the DPRK to take part in the celebrations of the 75th birthday of the DPRK, toured the DPRK-China Friendship Thaekam Farm in Sunan District on September 9.

The delegation was accompanied by Mun Song Hyok, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, and Wang Yajun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy members.

Being briefed on the history of the farm which has made steady progress through centuries as a symbol of friendship between the peoples of the two countries, the members of the delegation went round with deep emotion the dwelling house visited by President Kim Il Sung together with Premier Zhou Enlai on February 19, Juche 47 (1958) and the DPRK-China friendship room.
