A keynote address and speeches were made at the seminar.

Ramon Jimenez Lopez, chairman of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism who is Director-General of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, said in his keynote address:

For the past 75 years, the DPRK has made steady advance along the road of socialism, foiling the imperialist allied forces' moves for aggression under the outstanding leadership of President Kim Il Sung, His Excellency Kim Jong Il and His Excellency Kim Jong Un.

We are convinced that the DPRK will always win a shining victory in the heroic struggle for building a socialist power and defending the sovereignty and dignity of the country under the leadership of His Excellency Kim Jong Un.

Eleazar Aldaran, secretary general of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism who is secretary general of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea, and other speakers lauded the undying feats of the President for the nation building and Kim Jong Il's Songun leadership exploits and highly praised the seasoned leadership ability of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who is wisely leading the Korean people's struggle for bolstering up the self-reliant defence capability and for socialist construction.
