The message paid the highest tribute to the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, who laid an eternal foundation for the prosperity of Juche Korea, and extended the greatest glory and warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, who is translating the patriotic desire of the great leaders for building a powerful country into a shining reality, on the occasion of the 75th birthday of the DPRK.

The proud course of victory covered by the DPRK is a glorious history in which President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the eternal sun of Juche, turned the country into a socialist power of Juche, dignified with independence politics, strong with self-supporting economy and mighty with self-reliant national defence, with their profound idea and theory, extraordinary leadership ability and noble devotion to the country and people, the message said, and went on:

Chongryon and Koreans in Japan have protected the dignity of the nation and strenuously advanced along the sacred road of patriotism in the face of the tempest in an alien land, thanks to the motherland of Juche full of people's happy laughter, which was built by the great Generalissimos throughout their lives and is being led by the respected Marshal.

Chongryon and the movement of Koreans in Japan, which have always emerged victorious guided by the Juche idea since they came into being under the care of the President and the Chairman, are demonstrating more strikingly the dignity and honor as the model Juche-based overseas compatriots' organization to the whole world, flying the flag of the DPRK in the sky above the alien land as it holds the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un in high esteem as the great leader and benevolent father.

The Chongryon Central Standing Committee in the message wished Kim Jong Un good health for the prosperity, development and immensely rosy future of the Juche cause and the patriotic cause of Chongryon.
