Present there were Vice-Chairman and concurrently Director General of the General Affairs Department Pae Jin Gu, Director of the Department for Publicity and Culture Kim Yong Chol of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, members of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, teachers of Korean University and officials of various institutions of Chongryon.

Speeches there stressed that the 75-year history of the DPRK is a history of great struggle, victory and great creation and changes, in which it built Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses, a socialist power no formidable enemy dares to provoke, braving the unprecedented ordeals in human history along the road of independence and socialism under the wise guidance of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the great leaders, and the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They vowed to intensify the theoretical study of the outstanding idea and leadership of Kim Jong Un, regarding the idea of the great Generalissimos as a firm guideline, and continue to dynamically conduct the sacred patriotic activities for ushering in a new era of prosperity of the DPRK and Chongryon, despite any difficulties and hardships.
