Attending it were scientists, technicians, teachers, researchers, graduate students and others from more than 10 units, including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the State Academy of Sciences and the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex.

There were presentations and question-and-answer sessions over the submitted technological proposals, divided into the panels of C1 chemical industry and rare earth materials application technology, and basic chemistry and fertilizer industry.

During the presentation, its participants had a technical lecture and a video show.
