The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is putting up the life of revolutionary soldiers on the peak of glory and honor, has made sure that the martyrs are immortalized.

Among those martyrs is Ri Chun Gu, former head of the Paektusan Production Company who is winner of Order of Kim Il Sung and Kim Il Sung Prize and twice Labor Hero.

Over the past 50-odd years he produced many scenarios of films, including a revolutionary film "Sun of the Nation" and a multi-part feature film "The Nation and Destiny", as masterpieces of the times, thus contributing to the development of the Juche-oriented cinematic art.

Ri Ha Il, former department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), left a clear mark on the road of implementing the Party's military line and developing the revolutionary armed forces, true to the idea and leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Kim Hi Thaek, former first vice department director of the C.C., WPK, and Ro Pae Gwon, former chief secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the WPK, grew up to be competent political activists under the care of the Party and devoted themselves to the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people till the last moments of their lives.

Former Minister of the People's Armed Forces Kim Il Chol and general officers of the Korean People's Army Kim Sok Chang and Ri Pong Juk are always alive in the memory of the Party and people as they had worked in the first-line posts for defending the leader and the country as servicepersons for many years.

Ri Myong Chol, who stood in the van of the campaign for making a history of golden sea through big fish hauls, received an everlasting life.

Ceremonies for burying the remains of those martyrs took place at the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri on September 14.

Remains of the martyrs were buried at the cemetery.

The participants laid wreaths, bouquets and flowers before the graves of martyrs and paid silent tribute to them.
