All regions, sectors and units should strengthen the labor support for the countryside.

Those involved in the labor support to farms should carry out their daily assignments correctly with the transparent viewpoint and stand that they are responsible for this year's farming together with farmers.

It is necessary to organize socialist emulation effectively and conduct detailed review and evaluation of each stage so as to encourage collective innovations in harvesting and threshing.

What our Party believes most in today’s agricultural production is patriotism of the agricultural workers directly responsible for farming, and the high spirit of all other people who have turned out as one in response to the appeal of the Party.
