The presentation, held on the theme of "Juche-oriented architecture making a leap forward by dint of our science and technology", was attended by officials, teachers, researchers, and designers from various units, including Pyongyang University of Architecture, Phyongsong University of Technology, Hamhung University of Construction, the Pyongyang Municipal Designing Institute, the Central Heating Institute of the Ministry of Urban Management and the South Phyongan Provincial Designing Institute.

The presentation heard more than 420 valuable papers completed by scientists and technicians in the sector of construction.

Certificates and prizes were awarded at the presentation.

During the presentation, there were a presentation of experience gained in the housing construction in the Hwasong and Komdok areas and a video show on world architectural achievements.
