Training of Reserve Sportspersons Brisk at Primary Schools in Pyongyang

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- Primary schools in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, pay deep attention to the training of younger generation into promising reserve sportspersons. Namsin Primary School in Songyo District and Minhung Primary School in Moranbong District have trained the table-tennis players with a table-tennis ball launcher according to their ages, psychological characteristics and technical levels so that the pupils can learn diverse correct skills. Educators of Mirae Primary School in Phyongchon District attached to Kim Hyong Jik University of Education are improving the quality of training while selecting pupils with aptitude for artistic gymnastics and applying advanced training methods. Wasan Primary School in Sosong District strives to find and introduce effective and superior methods for teaching the correct movements of Taekwon-Do patterns. Teachers of Pyongyang Primary School No. 4, Tongan Primary School and Changjon Primary School in Central District and Janggyong Primary School in Sosong District are devoting themselves to the training of reserve sportspersons. |
