Ryongchon, Unjon and Sonchon counties organized a socialist emulation among farms, workteams and sub-workteams to harvest rice in fields of thousands of hectares every day.

Agricultural workers in Jongju City, Yomju County and Cholsan County are making collective innovations while operating farm machines at full capacity.

Farms in Kwaksan, Pakchon and Thaechon counties deployed a large number of rice combine harvesters, small rice harvesters and mobile threshers on fields to raise the proportion of field threshing and ensure timely carriage.

Farms in Sinuiju City and Uiju and Nyongbyon counties are taking measures to prevent the crops from deteriorating while improving the quality of harvesting and threshing.
