The venue for the performance was full of solemn respect for the WPK which has glorified in the eyes of the world its dignity and might as a socialist ruling party with the longest history in the world with the great revolutionary idea and veteran and experienced leadership for a long period since its foundation.

Enjoying the performance were Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK, Ri Il Hwan, O Su Yong, Pak Thae Song, secretaries of the Central Committee of the WPK, and other senior officials of the Party, government and military, officials of ministries, national institutions and armed forces organs, service personnel and citizens of Pyongyang.

After the national anthem of the DPRK was solemnly played, the performance began with the prelude "Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea" and "Mother's Birthday". Put on the stage were songs of praising the Party and the country which have sung on the long road of revolution century after century and other colorful numbers.

The performers sang high praises of the glorious history and immortal exploits of the WPK which was born as the guiding force of the revolution with the sacred red flag bearing a hammer, sickle and writing brush and trained the people as the great people with the irresistible might of single-minded unity and built a powerful country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

The performance impressively represents the great trust in the WPK that has steadily and dynamically ushered in the era of dignity and glory desired by the history of 5 000 years and the more rosy and hopeful future in the people's dream and ideal coming true under the Party flag of Juche.

The songs of loyalty and faith that will always remain unfailing on the road of revolution impressively implanted in the audience the truth that the eternal prosperity of the nation and the victory of the socialist cause lie in following the great Party Central Committee.

The performance sang the praise of the truth that the WPK is the absolute dignity and powerful strength of the DPRK and its people as it is confidently realizing the great cause of building up a rich country with a strong army with the absolute trust of the people as a rock. The performance ended with the finales "The People Offer Glory to the Party" and "Glory to General Kim Jong Un".
