The message said that the peoples of the two countries have steadily strengthened and developed the good-neighborly cooperative relations with long historical roots and tradition on the principle of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit through centuries and generations since the diplomatic relations between the two countries were established 75 years ago.

It expressed belief that the foreign policy organs of the two countries would play a propelling role in comprehensively implementing the agreement reached at the historic DPRK-Russia summits held in April 2019 and September 2023 and thus further develop the traditional and strategic relations of friendship, cooperation and good neighborliness between the two countries onto a new level.
