The message said that the Russia-DPRK relations based on the tradition of friendship and good neighborliness continue to develop in the interests of the two countries successfully and that the peoples of the two countries have strived shoulder to shoulder to build a just and multipolar world and realize the genuine sovereignty of every nation as they did 75 years ago.

It expressed the will to closely cooperate with each other in further strengthening the bilateral cooperation in line with the agreement reached at the meeting between the top leaders of the two countries at the Vostochny Spaceport in 2023 and in the mutual interests of the peoples of the two countries and to ensure peace and security in the Korean peninsula, the Northeast Asian region and other parts of the world.
