Present there on invitation were a vice-minister of Foreign Affairs and personages of Russia's parliament, government, political parties, organizations and institutions, including the State Duma, the Foreign Ministry, the Defense Ministry, the United Russia Party, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Party for Peace and Unity and the Center for Energy and Security Studies.

The DPRK ambassador to Russia and staff members of his embassy were on hand.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before the art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il standing together, and paid tribute to them.

Then they looked round photos dealing with the immortal exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations, immortal classic works of the peerlessly great men and books introducing the DPRK.
