Exhibits include more than 188,000 products of over 930 kinds made by at least 50 units, including the Ryuwon Footwear Factory and the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory. Submitted to the exhibition were data on tens of scientific research achievements made in the field of footwear industry.

During the exhibition, there will be a sci-tech presentation and technical experience exchange to present the papers and explain the achievements, and the product exhibition will be held in a way of receiving public appraisal through sale of shoes on display and expert evaluation by the jury.

Present at the opening ceremony were officials concerned, officials of the exhibiting units, teachers, researchers, technicians, postgraduate students, three-revolution team members and others.
