Noting that the two countries have supported and cooperated with each other on the principle of respect for sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit after the establishment of diplomatic relations, the message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation would continue to develop through close cooperation between the diplomatic fields.
