The meeting was held in the method of watching congratulatory videos exchanged by the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League and the National Council of the Russian Association of Youth and Children.

Mun Chol in a video extended warm congratulations to the youth and children organizations and the young people of Russia on the 75th establishment anniversary of the DPRK-Russia diplomatic relations, saying that the establishment of diplomatic ties served as a solid cornerstone in developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the peoples and youths of the two countries.

Grigory Petushkov, chairman of the National Council of the Russian Association of Youth and Children, said that the Russia-DPRK summit was an eventful occasion as it gave fresh vitality to the friendly ties, and stressed the importance of the duty and role of the young people in developing the bilateral relations.

Officials of the C.C., Socialist Patriotic Youth League, the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the youth league, the youth league committee of Kim Il Sung University, the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace and the Songdowon International Children's Camp in the DPRK and personages of the Agency of Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and High Education, the Ministry of Education, the C.C., Lenin Young Communist League, the Socialist Political Party "For Just Russia-Patriots-Truth", the Russian Youth Union and other youth organizations in Russia expressed their will to promote the exchange and cooperation between youth organizations of the two countries, stressing the importance of the young people's mission for the times.
