Attending it were Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman and Director of the Organizational Department Pak Ku Ho, Vice-Chairman Nam Sung U, Vice-Chairman and Director of the General Affairs Department Pae Jin Gu, Vice-Chairman Jo Il Yon, Vice-Chairman and Director of the Education Department Song Kun Hak and Vice-Chairman and Director of the Department for International Affairs and Reunification So Chung On of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Kang Chu Ryon, vice-chairwoman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and concurrently chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Democratic Korean Women in Japan, Ri Myong Yu, chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, members of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and chairpersons of headquarters of Chongryon.

Councilors and vice department directors of the Central Committee of Chongryon were present as observers.

Pak Ku Ho noted in a report that at the historic 9th session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly, the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who has made tireless efforts, shouldering the heavy burden of the Korean revolution and the people's destiny under the rapidly-changing international political situation and the condition that the moves of the hostile forces headed by the U.S. imperialists to ignite a nuclear war have crossed the red line, ardently appealed to all to turn out in the sacred patriotic struggle for the development of our great country and thus brilliantly adorn this year as a year of proud victory.

The reporter said that the people in the homeland have turned out as one in the general offensive campaign for steadily making miracles in all fronts of national defence and economy to conclude this year as a year of great turn and innovations to be remarkably recorded in the course of development of the DPRK.

Adding that Chongryon should also respond to the appeal of the respected Marshal with loyalty and conclude this year with proud achievements, keeping pace with the people in the homeland, he set forth the tasks for doing so.

Chairpersons of the Chongryon headquarters made speeches.

They referred to the successes and experience gained in creating new models to implement the important letter sent by the respected Marshal to the participants in the 25th Congress of Chongryon.

They made up their minds to bring about clear results of definitely putting the overall patriotic work on a high-pitched track by devoting themselves to the implemention of the important letter as chairpersons of the Chongryon headquarters and thus make a report of loyalty to the respected Marshal.
