Children are enjoying a happy life at them furnished with best facilities and conditions and environment for nursing, education and living.

The baby home and orphanage are associated with the paternal love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for children.

He took a measure to newly build baby home and orphanage in Pyongyang Municipality nine years ago. And he chose their sites and visited the baby home and orphanage under construction several times to guide the project for building them wonderfully.

One day in October Juche 103 (2014), he went round the completed Pyongyang Baby Home and the Pyongyang Orphanage. Saying that there would be no such wonderful homes for children in the world and it is more important to bring up the children well than to build such establishments, he gave instructions for enhancing the sense of responsibility and role of nursery and kindergarten teachers.

On January 1 Juche 104 (2015), he visited them again, saying that he came just after concluding his New Year Address in order to keep the promise he made with children to come on New Year's Day while looking round the completed baby home and orphanage in October the previous year. And he spent long time with the orphans.

That day he enjoyed a New Year performance given by children of the orphanage and had a photo session with them.

Thanks to the warm love of Kim Jong Un who makes ceaseless dedication to the younger generation, valuing the laughter and happiness of children as the most precious, children of the baby home and orphanage are growing up healthily, singing the song "We Are the Happiest in the World".
