Under the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea devoting itself to the happiness of the people, the modern factory was built as another asset of the people at the picturesque foot of Mt Taesong on October 26, Juche 111 (2022).

On August 5, 2019, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un initiated the construction of a factory specializing in quality ice cream production, named it the "Taesongsan Ice Cream Factory", chose the site for its construction and gave concrete guidance to all the problems arising in construction.

At major Party meetings, he called for accelerating the construction of the factory, thus making the people benefit from it. He guided the whole course of the construction while taking a special measure to ensure that the construction is dynamically accelerated despite the prolonged emergency anti-epidemic situation.

Over the last one year, the factory has focused its efforts on developing goods with high quality and hygienic safety.

The factory established the integrated production and control system and put the production site on a germ-free and dust-free basis. It is newly producesing tens of kinds of ice cream and drink.

Officials and employees of the factory are working to produce more fresh and nutritious goods, bearing in mind the devoted service of the great father for the wellbeing of the people.
