The factory built under the benevolence of the Party has a production building equipped with cutting shop, sewing shop, technical preparation room and designing room and necessary conditions for the work and life of the employees including sample room and sci-tech learning space.

Its inauguration ceremony took place on October 25.

Attending the ceremony were Han Yong Song and Kim Jong Sop, secretaries of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials in the province, builders and the employees of the factory.

Pak Myong Ho, chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inaugural address to be followed by speeches.
