Pyongyang Municipality organized centralized transport of cement and steel to backward construction brigades, enabling all construction brigades to speed up the construction of rural houses simultaneously.

The construction of dwelling houses has been speeded up in North Hamgyong Province. The builders in Hoeryong City finished the frame project first in the province and got down to the finishing project.

In South Hamgyong Province, Jongphyong, Jangjin and Kumya counties take the lead in the province, and other regions are expanding their successes in construction while exploring and introducing ways to ensure the quality of construction.

The construction of rural houses is progressing apace in South Hwanghae and North Phyongan provinces, too.

Many cities, counties and districts are striving to finish the construction projects for this year by the appointed time.
