The province organized a socialist emulation drive among cities and counties to give further momentum to the enthusiasm of builders for the revolution and struggle while directing its efforts to boosting the material and technical foundation of construction units and raising the rate of mechanization of construction work.

Officials have organized demonstration shows and technical workshops according to shapes of dwelling houses and processes of construction and intensified the work to introduce and generalize advanced construction methods and the technical guidance to ensure the effective use of materials and the quality of buildings.
