The province has attached importance to the construction of the Hyesan Dairy Cattle Farm.

Thanks to the devoted efforts of officials and working people in the province, the farm has been expanded to be nearly five times as large as the one in the past.

Now the province is pushing ahead with the work to secure necessary equipment and superior breeds of dairy cattle, while creating more grass fields in a far-sighted way.

The Changphyong Dairy Cattle Farm in Taehongdan County has directed efforts to increasing the number of dairy cows and installing new facilities for the production of milk powder.

Besides, the province is accelerating the work to expand many other dairy cattle farms' production capacity and secure feed grass for dairy cows in a farsighted way.
