The province is concentrating its efforts on drawing up a stepwise plan for next year’s irrigation construction while analyzing and reviewing this year's irrigation project in detail.

A project for updating the Sariwon Irrigation Machine Factory within this year is being accelerated. The construction of 10-odd objects has already entered the final stage and the technical upgrading of induction furnace is progressing apace.

The province has also pushed ahead with the work for consolidating the material and technical foundations of the irrigation field in cities and counties.

In particular, it makes sure that the senior officials of areas and units raise responsibility in reinforcing designing forces.
