The tree nursery set a stepwise plan in an innovative way and properly manured and cultivated saplings.

It introduced the technology of double-production of saplings at greenhouse and deepened research into accelerator for rooting and growth promoter for saplings. It also developed humate microelement and amino acid microelement fertilizer necessary for the nutritional care of saplings with locally available raw materials and increased the insecticidal and germicidal effects by the liquid from dry distillation of rice chaff 1.5 times as against the previous ones.

The tree nursery produced saplings of high economic and ornamental value, including Kumgang Pine Tree and pine-nut tree by distributing species of saplings in a scientific way and improving soil fertility.
