The book contains 53 works including historic speeches, talks and conclusions made by the President in the period from October Juche 44 (1955) to April Juche 45 (1956).

In such works as "On Eliminating Dogmatism and Formalism and Establishing Juche in Ideological Work", he clarified the principled issues arising in thoroughly establishing Juche in the ideological work of the Party, strengthening the Party organizations in an organizational and ideological way and realizing the Party's guidance to the building of the economy and culture.
