The completion of another comprehensive base for schoolchildren's extracurricular education with all conditions necessary for camping life, including e-library and open-air swimming pool, will be conducive to training schoolchildren into pillars of future who are knowledgeable, virtuous and healthy.

Attending its inaugural ceremony held on Thursday were Han Yong Song and Choe Yong Ho, secretaries of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, builders, teaching staff of the camp, working people and youth and students in Kyongsong County.

Pak Myong Ho, chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inaugural address to be followed by speeches.
