The present times urgently requires an official with great ability to creditably perform the work at the level desired and intended by the Party, not enormous wealth, the editorial says and goes on:

A strategist who designs and steers all the work in a scientific, innovative and prospective way on the principle of defending the state, self-respect and national interests and a person of ability who is ready to perform whatever task entrusted by the Party Central Committee - this is the true picture of an official who makes revolution in the great era of Kim Jong Un.

In the ongoing advance intolerable of even the slightest stagnation or deviation, officials should become strategists who successfully lead the work of their units with clear direction of development and stepwise plans based on the strategic and tactical intention and policies of the Party Central Committee.

They should set it as their goal to possess ability and quality to confidently deal with all things at any theater, entrusted by the Party Central Committee to them, and attain it without fail.

They should prepare themselves as necessary officials capable of perfectly carrying out their duties by constantly training themselves mentally and morally with a sense of heavy pressure of being charged with duty more than they deserve and a strong sense of responsibility.
