True to the childcare policy of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials and working people in the province built the farm equipped with all facilities necessary for breeding dairy cattle and producing dairy products to supply more tasty and nutritious dairy products to the children of nurseries and kindergartens.

The inauguration ceremony of the Hwangju Dairy Cattle Farm under the North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee took place on the spot on Friday.

Present there were Pak Myong Son, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee, Mun Chang Il, secretary of the provincial Party committee, officials and builders in the province, employees of the dairy cattle farm and working people in Hwangju County.

Kim Son Il, chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inaugural address.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants looked round the dairy cattle farm.
