True to the noble intention of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea which entrusted the construction of a new street in the capital city to the young people, many youth league officials and members across the country petitioned to work at the construction site.

Keeping pace with the dynamic advance of the country making a leap forward, racing against time, passionate young people have volunteered to work at difficult and labor-consuming worksites of socialist construction.

The deeds of those youths who advanced into to grand construction sites, schools on islands, farms and coalmines are a manifestation of the noble spiritual world of the Korean youths in our era who have grown up under the care of the Party.
