The 64th candlelight rally and demonstration took place in Seoul on Nov. 11 to demand the resignation of traitor Yoon.

Attending the rally held under the theme of "Let's unite for impeachment!" were lots of people from all walks of life including workers, peasants, the poor, citizens, students and religious believers.

There took place preliminary meetings of people's action, candlelight action and workers' circle.

The People's Action, the Candlelight Action, the Solidarity for Progress and the Emergency Situation Council held an all-people rally for judging the Yoon Suk Yeol regime and declared that they would hold a meeting of judgment without fail by pooling the efforts of all citizens enraged at Yoon's incompetence and violence.

Attending a large-scale rally of workers sponsored by the Confederation of Trade Unions were more than 50,000 workers. The participants declared that they would fight traitor Yoon to the last with a firm determination.

More than 60,000 workers, peasants, poor people, members of civic organizations and political parties took part in the rally held under the co-sponsorship of the Headquarters of the Movement for Ousting the Yoon Suk Yeol Regime, the Emergency Situation Council and the People's Action.

The participants in a joint declaration demanded the impeachment of Yoon, steeped in anti-popular, anti-democratic and anti-peace policy, and said that no "regime" won the people's struggle just as darkness can never break light.

Then they marched, shouting "Let us oust Yoon Suk Yeol through an all-out struggle " and "Put an end to the Yoon Suk Yeol regime which kills workers, peasants and poor people".

The participants stressed that all the people are suffering in all fields including democracy, livelihood and economy and even their lives are threatened due to Yoon's anti-life, anti-peace and humiliating diplomacy. They are constantly exposed to the danger of war and it is not sure what will happen if Yoon is not immediately ousted, they said.

They called for sending Yoon to prison like Park Geun Hye by dint of candlelight actions.

The participants staged a demonstration, chanting slogans "Impeachment is the general trend and let's oust the Yoon Suk Yeol group to the last one!" and "Let us drive Yoon out through all-people resistance for impeachment!"

Media reported in detail about the struggles, saying that they shook the city of Seoul in demand of Yoon's resignation.
