The Kyongwon Area Coal-mining Complex overhauled the shaft pit at the Kogonwon Coal Mine and coal mining machine factories across the country have made progress in technically upgrading equipment and updating production processes.

Similar successes have been witnessed in the construction and building-materials industry.
