The Lao president in the message expressed his heartfelt thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for sending a beautiful floral basket on his birthday.

The message expressed the belief that the fraternal Korean party, state and people would continue to achieve greater successes in implementing the resolutions of the Eighth Congress of the WPK and building a powerful socialist country under the correct and courageous leadership of the WPK headed by Kim Jong Un, successor to the great cause, and thus bring happiness to the Korean people.
