Talks between Chairmen of DPRK-Russia Inter-governmental Committee

Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- Talks between Yun Jong Ho, minister of External Economic Relations who is chairman of the DPRK side to the DPRK-Russia inter-governmental committee for cooperation in trade, economy, science and technology, and Alexandr Kozlov, minister of Natural Resources and Ecology who is chairman of the Russian side, took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall here on Wednesday.

The talks discussed the issues for promoting the inter-governmental cooperation in trade, economy, science and technology of the two countries more extensively as the DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations reached a new strategic level.

Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Vice Foreign Minister Im Chon Il and officials concerned and from the Russian side were relevant members of the government delegation of the Russian Federation and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.
