The school has classrooms where general subjects and theory of football can be taught, playground and hostel. It will contribute to training footballer reserves of the province.

Its inauguration ceremony was held on November 21.

Present there were Kim Myong Chol, secretary of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and teaching staff and pupils of the school.
