The completion of the factory with production, auxiliary and public welfare buildings makes it possible to contribute to promoting the people's health and cementing the country's anti-epidemic work.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on Nov. 22 were Paek Song Guk, chief secretary of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Kyong Chol, minister of Public Health, officials concerned and working people in Wonsan City.

An inaugural speech was made at the ceremony to be followed by speeches.

Speakers called for upholding the Party's plan of making the socialist public health of the DPRK the most popular and advanced one with remarkable production achievements and for making more quality goods through mass technological innovation.
