Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article says it is the sinister intention of Japan to put spurs to the moves for becoming a military giant and launching reinvasion under the pretext of "military cooperation for guaranteeing security" and "coping with threat".

Japan is actively encouraging the overseas advance of its "Self Defense Forces", pursuant to the U.S. strategy for world supremacy, says the article, adding:

The present constitution and the principle of "exclusive defense" of Japan have been reduced to a mere scrap of paper. Useless now is Japan's basic law stipulating that Japan shall permanently renounce its threat to ignite a war and use armed forces and its use of military muscle, and that it shall not have ground, naval and air forces and other war capabilities, and that the right to belligerency of the country shall not be recognized. So Japan's final destination is as clear as noonday. It is reinvasion.

The Japanese reactionaries are now openly saying that they are striving to collect and analyze information about the military trend of the DPRK and China. This proves that Japan's reinvasion is not a hypothesis but a reality.

The Japanese militarists are sadly mistaken. The Asian people are closely following the reckless moves of the Japanese reactionaries obsessed with the ambition for reinvasion.

Reinvasion will lead Japan to ruin.
