Participants in National Meeting of Mothers Arrive at Pyongyang

Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- The noble life of mothers, who are taking care of their sons and daughters for their honest growth, providing genuine happiness to their families and nurturing the rosy future of the country with their profound love and devotion, true to the noble outlook of the great Party Central Committee on the rising generations, is crowned with the greatest glory and pride.

The participants in the 5th National Meeting of Mothers arrived in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, on December 1.

The yard of Pyongyang Railway Station was brightened by the happy appearance of the mothers excited to take part in the significant meeting to be held under the deep attention and benevolence of the Party and the state.

Officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) greeted the participants in the meeting.

The participants expressed their deep gratitude to the WPK for highly appreciating simple and ordinary women by calling them communist mothers, who are fulfilling their motherly duty and responsibility for successfully bringing up their children to be the pillars of their families and the country.

Citizens extended warm greetings to the participants along streets of the capital city as a token of warm congratulations of all sons and daughters to the beloved mothers, the pride of the times and the great might of the country.
