DPRK Youths Visit Chairman Kim Jong Il's Birthplace in Paektusan Secret Camp
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- Youth and students from across the DPRK, involved in the study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu, visited Chairman Kim Jong Il's birthplace in the Paektusan Secret Camp on December 3.

They laid a floral basket and flowers at the mosaic depicting the peerlessly great men before paying tribute to them. And then they entered the yard of the birthplace.

They looked back with deep emotion on the high-intensity forced march of patriotic devotion Kim Jong Il made for the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people all his life.

At the headquarters log cabin, they recollected once again the sacred traces of President Kim Il Sung, the legendary hero, being told about the fact that he had turned the place into a strategic base of the Korean revolution and led the overall anti-Japanese national liberation struggle to a great upsurge from the latter half of the 1930s.

Looking round the shallow well used by the anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk and trees bearing revolutionary slogans written by her and other historic relics, the visitors deeply grasped the anti-Japanese guerrillas' spirit of devotedly defending the leader and implementing his instructions unto death.

That day they toured the headquarters log cabin, publishing house, barracks and the site of campfire, etc. in the Sajabong Secret Camp which show the iron discipline and well-regulated life of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
