The participants fully displayed their high political and practical abilities as active advocates and explainers of the Party's policies through the verbal, art and visual agitation of various themes that aims to more deeply inform the masses of the immortal exploits of the peerlessly great persons associated with their regions and units and the Party's idea and lines and thus forcefully encourage them to carry out the Party's resolutions.

The competition heard the achievements made in the course of motivating all working people to attain innovative successes in the implementation of the Party's resolutions, helping and leading each other forward under the slogan "One for all and all for one!" by amplifying the efficiency of agitprop activities.
