Struggle for Successfully Concluding This Year Brisk at Coal Mines in DPRK
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- Workers in the field of coal industry in the DPRK are making uninterrupted progress and innovations in high spirit of fulfilling the plan for coal production in November.

The Ministry of Coal Industry and officials of coal mines across the country are giving priority to prospecting and tunneling, increasing the proportion of mechanization in face work and conducting operation and command while paying attention to providing coal miners with better living conditions.

Coal miners of the Tukjang Area Coal Mining Complex have over-fulfilled their daily quota in the spirit of topping their national economic plan for November.

The Kujang Area Coal Mining Complex has made a substantial contribution to generalizing the successes and experience of advanced units and increased coal production every day.

The Anju Area Coal Mining Complex has launched a high-speed tunneling campaign to bring about a surge in production while timely supplying equipment, materials and accessories needed for production.

Similar successes were witnessed at the Kangdong, Hamnam and Onsong area coal mining complexes.
