Participants in 5th National Conference of Mothers Visit Various Places of Pyongyang Municipality
Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- The participants in the 5th National Conference of Mothers toured various places in the capital city of Pyongyang, being warmly congratulated by citizens.

They visited Mangyongdae, the historic sacred place of the revolution.

They looked round the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum and then entered the yard of the old home of President Kim Il Sung. Being told about the fact that the President grew up to be a revolutionary, nurturing his high ambition to liberate the country under the good education of his parents, the visitors looked round historic relics preserved with much care at the historic home.

At the Korean Revolution Museum, the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong and the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery, the participants keenly realized that the highest glory of their life lies in following and supporting the Workers' Party of Korea invariably with one mind, while recalling the noble life of the ardent loyal persons and forerunners who are immortal on the road for the party, revolution, country and people.

They also toured Mangyongdae Revolutionary School, Pyongyang Primary School for Orphans and Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans. The Mangyongdae Revolutionary School is the highest institute of education for the children of revolutionary martyrs.

At the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill, the participants encouraged the employees working hard to successfully conclude this year with proud successes in production.

Meanwhile, they spent a pleasant time at the Munsu Water Park, Rungna People's Pleasure Park, Amusement Park of Kaeson Youth Park, Central Zoo, Natural History Museum, Okryu Restaurant, Chongryu Restaurant, etc.
