The exhibition was held in the way of display and sale of various kinds of kimchi made by ministries, national institutions and the public catering and external service units and kimchi factories in Pyongyang.

All the units participating in the exhibition showed well the daily-improving culinary culture by focusing on the variety and characteristics of kimchi, a product of the creative talents of the Korean people and one of health foods well known to the world.

Such shows were witnessed in North Phyongan, Jagang and North Hamgyong provinces, Rason Municipality and other regions of the country.
