The construction of a modern tree nursery equipped with facilities and conditions necessary for sapling production and the living of employees, including a seed selection facility, circular cutting bed and a sci-tech learning space, laid a solid material and technical foundation for transforming all the mountains in the province into "gold mountains," into "treasure mountains."

There was an inauguration ceremony on December 8.

Present there were Ri Thae Il, chief secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and employees of the tree nursery.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round various places of the tree nursery.
