The message recalled the great successes made by the Lao government and people in the work to achieve the political stability of the country and develop the economy under the correct leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party for the past 48 years.

Expressing belief that the traditional and excellent friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished the prime minister bigger successes in his responsible work.
